Menu for the evening :Mixed Salad with Assorted Dressings; Dinner Rolls; Mashed Potatoes & Green Beans; Beef Roast with Au Jus/Horseradish Cream Sauce; Chicken Cordon Bleu; Cheesecake with Strawberry or Chocolate Andes topping.
