This Annual series brings people of note in the arts, academia, publishing and politics to the Huntsville Museum of Art for candid, in-depth discussions and presentations. Arts, Politics, Science, Life. Different Voices, Differing Views. Carolyne Roehm has been part of the American design culture for over four decades. She worked alongside mentor Oscar de la Renta for 10 years before launching her own fashion house in 1985. Now the author of twelve books, Roehm’s mission is to teach others how to capture and create beauty in their lives. According to Oprah Winfrey, “She’s a diva, she’s the master, she’s my mentor.” Welcome cocktails and canapés at 11:30 a.m. Lunch, talk and book signing at 12:00 p.m.
