Dr. Sullins started his own private practice after graduating from the University of Alabama, Birmingham School of Optometry in 1992. He was the class president and SGA president his last two years of school. Dr. Sullins is therapeutically certified in the treatment and management of ocular disease. He is a member of the American Optometric Association and the Alabama Optometric Association. Dr. Sullins enjoys all aspects of his private practice, and places an emphasis on dry eye management (punctum plugs), surgical consultations, and difficult to fit contact lenses.
